The Atlas Project helps young men aged 10–18 develop strength, character, and purpose through structured mentorship and physical training with Callum.
Callum McKay has spent over a decade working with young people through coaching and mentorship. He brings a calm, steady presence — the kind of trusted male role model that many young men simply don't have consistent access to.
His approach is built on discipline, accountability, and genuine investment in each young man's growth — not just in the sessions, but in who they're becoming.
The Atlas Project is designed for young men who need more than a sports coach. They need a mentor — someone who challenges them, believes in them, and holds them to a higher standard.
Withdrawn, hesitant, or struggling to believe in themselves. The Atlas Project builds self-belief through effort and real achievement.
Drifting without goals or a sense of purpose. The Atlas Project gives them personal structure, challenge, and a reason to show up — with Callum in their corner every step of the way.
Inconsistency, lack of routine, difficulty following through. The Atlas Project builds the habits that shape character.
Many young men benefit from a positive male role model outside their family — one who listens, challenges, and leads.
Sports develops skills. The Atlas Project develops the young man. Even young men who play sports benefit from a mentor in their corner.
Social pressure, identity, and uncertainty are real. The Atlas Project creates a space where young men can talk openly and grow.
Not just fitness. Not just conversation. A complete framework for becoming a stronger, more capable young man.

"Many young men benefit from having a positive male role model outside their family. A mentor can often provide perspective, encouragement and honest guidance that young men find easier to receive outside of home."— Callum McKay, Founder of The Atlas Project
The Atlas Project is designed for young men aged 10–18. Whether your son is 11 or 17, the programme adapts to where he is developmentally and what he needs most right now.
The Atlas Project is entirely 1-to-1. Every session is personal — just Callum and your son. This means the mentorship, the training, and the conversations are all built specifically around him.
The package includes 8 sessions in total, each 1 hour long. Once per week is recommended, but the schedule is flexible to suit you and your son. Sessions include a physical workout and mentorship conversation.

Sessions take place in safe, visible outdoor environments across Dubai — parks, outdoor training areas, or appropriate sports facilities. Parents are always informed of the exact location.
